EducationalistI am a former Head Teacher whose school won the Queen’s Bronze Environmental Award. The school was also the first one ever to stage a science exhibition manned by young children at the annual Royal Society meeting in London. I had to retire due to ill health and I am now somewhat disabled.I still teach – to a limited extent - at home with children of all ages, covering English, Maths and Science to GCSE in particular, as well as the Humanities. I have additional, special qualifications in the teaching of Reading/English.
Via email, I write with children in Primary Schools (Y3-6) entirely by email. I respond to the type of writing which the school wants.

"The project initiated great enthusiasm. The children felt they were leading the story with their own ideas. I think it has improved their ability to work one with another and has led them to want to develop their story writing skills." (All Saints CE Primary, Hammersmith) |

"A big thanks - the stories are great and the children are delighted with the outcome" (Annie Holgate PS, Notts) |
